About Oklahomans for Sovereignty and Free Enterprise, Inc:

Oklahomans for Sovereignty and Free Enterprise, Incorporated (OK-SAFE) is a non-profit 501(c)4 Oklahoma Corporation made up of individuals and coalition groups dedicated to the Principles of American Free Enterprise and the Constitutional Sovereignty of Oklahoma and the United States of America.

OK-SAFE sees a concerted, dedicated and well funded effort by Social and Economic Elites to transition the United States from a Representative Republic to a Socialist Group Democracy and finally into a World Governmental Structure.

We find evidence to conclude the following Institutional transitions are well underway:

Political – Servant to Master
Monetary – Asset Credit to Outcome Credit
Intellectual – Education to Indoctrination
Ecclesiastical – God to Religion

OK-SAFE seeks to advance and defend the American principles of sovereignty and free enterprise through Public education, Issue advocacy and Governmental lobbying and is actively addressing the following areas:

        I.  Encourages defending state’s rights as guaranteed under the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution.

• Opposing federal initiatives that are outside of their enumerated powers

• We support efforts that limit the size of government.

II.  Seeks to educate citizens and legislators on the pitfalls of the political agenda called Sustainable Development and to stop its progression in this state. OK-SAFE recognizes Sustainable Development as a political agenda that robs citizens of their private property rights and freedoms.

• We oppose the use of Public/Private Partnerships, seeing them as “government sanctioned monopolies”

• We recognize the Trans-Texas Corridor as part of an international, integrated transportation system, which is a threat to private property, state and U.S. sovereignty, and U.S. security.

• We recognize that NASCO (North America’s SuperCorridor Coalition) as a front organization for Lockheed Martin and as implementing a global tracking system (Savi) along I-35 and its connecting corridors; thus, we oppose state membership in NASCO.

• We oppose the move toward regional government, New Urbanism, the adoption of SmartCode zoning, and the push toward mass transit.

III.  Sees the federal/global implementation of “Total Domain Awareness” as a direct threat to U.S. and Oklahoma sovereignty and as a direct conflict with the 4th Amendment.

• We object to the move toward a ”Globally Networked and Integrated Intelligence Enterprise” as envisioned in the federal government’s Vision 2015 document.

• We oppose the establishment of information fusion centers and the Fusion Center concept, seeing these as politically motivated, federally-funded, institutions developed to expand the reach of the federal government into the states, and a mechanism to develop surveillance of citizens.

• We oppose the REAL ID Act of 2005, (and now the PASS ID Act) which seeks to federalize state’s driver’s licenses/ID cards, and which creates both a national and international ID card.

• We oppose the continued government collection and sharing of personal biographic and biometric information on citizens, i.e. digitized photos, DNA, and health data.

• We oppose the use of RFID in driver’s licenses/ID cards, and in people.

• We oppose the NAIS, the National Animal Identification System, used to tag and track all animals.

IV.  Believes as stated in the Declaration of Independence that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, and acknowledges the sanctity of life in all its stages.

Accordingly we issue a call for American Patriots to come together, to unite the citizens and statesmen of the Republic of the United States of America, for the purpose of maintaining our nation's sovereignty, to reinstate our Constitutional and Natural Rights, and to free the American people from institutional servitude. We pursue this cause with Honor, Dignity, and Courage, while acknowledging that unless God keeps our nation and guides her steps, we will have labored in vain.
